PSA is the operating system for the business: tickets, time, agreements, invoicing, and the pipeline that feeds a QBR. Plenty of “RMM” products now bundle a PSA-shaped module. This hub exists so that bundling does not get treated as a free lunch.

    What we will not do

    We will not rank ConnectWise, Autotask, Syncro, SuperOps, Halo, or anyone else with a mystery score. When a comparison ships, it will say who it is for (solo / under 10 techs / already on a platform) and it will tell you to confirm current packaging. Invoice tax rules and accounting exports are table-stakes questions; marketing feature grids are not.
