For MSP operators, not software tourists
Compare the stack you actually bill with.
MarginMSP is a depth-over-breadth buyer’s guide to RMM, PSA, EDR/MDR, backup, patch, awareness, and DNS. We write like someone who has sat tickets and QBRs: endpoint-count recipes, margin notes, and caveats instead of fake scores.

How we evaluate
A stated rubric, or no score at all
We do not publish numeric ranks until a human has signed off against a written rubric: technician economics, RMM coverage, PSA overlap, onboarding time for a 1–10 tech shop, and whether reporting survives a QBR. Until then, pages stay qualitative.
We also will not invent list prices. If a cell says TBD, it means confirm on the vendor site — packaging moves faster than a static table.
What we are not
Not a 190-product catalog
Broad directories already exist. MarginMSP is built to own a smaller set of bottom-funnel queries — “best RMM under 500 endpoints,” “Atera vs Syncro pricing,” “Huntress for MSPs” — with practitioner notes rather than scraped logos and mystery scores.
Outbound product links use /go/{slug} redirects. Tracking IDs stay out of git until programs are approved.
